The olive trees

Planted in the early twentieth century, the 4000 olive trees -mainly Menara and Picholine varieties- protect our vineyard of the capricious chergui.

The olives are harvested by hand, sorted and crushed within the four hours after the harvest.

The oil produced is of the highest quality: Extra Virgin Volubilia was awarded in 2006 as the world's best olive oil and in 2008 as the best foreign olive oil by Italian guides.
